About Forefront Fitness

Forefront Fitness was established in 2013 and is led by Steve Foreman. After a career in NHS Senior Management, and then a diagnosis of Stage IV Multiple Malignant Melanoma, Steve made the decision to follow his dreams and move into the fitness industry. He and the rest of the team are passionate about helping people to be their very best. Steve is a qualified Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Nutrition.

At Forefront Fitness, we want to help as many people as possible lead a healthy lifestyle, so we strive to achieve a welcoming and friendly environment for everyone.

Steve Foreman

Business Owner

Steve has had a unique journey into the fitness business. Always a keen gym goer he would always have described himself as fit and healthy.

However, 6 years ago he was diagnosed with Skin Cancer and given a bleak prognosis.

Deciding that life was too short to wait for the perfect moment, he made the bold decision to establish Forefront Fitness.

Steve knows full well the importance of working out your Priorities in life, setting your Goals and holding yourself to Account and is ideally placed to help our clients to do the same.

Steve is a Personal Trainer and focuses on working with those over 40. He is keen to encourage others to be their best and brings a wealth of life experience to his practical gym work and balances this with the demands of the day to day running of the gym.

Personal Trainer

With a background in business management, I qualified as a personal trainer in 2016 after several years of health and fitness support from ForeFrontFitness.

As a Personal Trainer I enjoy helping people to review their lifestyles, improve their strength and fitness, and make healthier choices whilst still maintaining a good work life balance.
