We can help you to achieve your goals.

Our trainers always begin by checking there are no health contraindications and finding out what you are hoping to achieve. They will develop a programme that is specific to you and achieving your goals.

Our Personal Trainers will:

  • Help you to set realistic and achievable goals
  • Ensure you are performing the exercises with correct form. This helps to prevent injury and makes the exercises as effective as possible
  • Treat you as an individual. Exercises will be tailored to your needs and goals, we understand everyone is different
  • Motivate you! It is proven that people are far more lightly to show up at the gym if they have an appointment with a Personal Trainer
  • Help keep you accountable. They are your goals, but we will support you as much as we can, it takes a little time to develop good habits
  • Discuss your diet and offer advice for improvement
  • Challenge you! You will be amazed how many more reps you can do with just a little encouragement
  • Not shout at you (unless you want that!) We know most people don’t want to be yelled at.

Our PTs try to make every session enjoyable, we really enjoy what we do, and we want you to enjoy it too. We always try to keep things fun, you may even see clients laughing in the gym! And we’ll even put the weights away!
